Terms and Conditions

 

General

  • All bookings are subject to availability and we reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

 

  • All our hostels use ‘Bunk Bed’ which may be inconvenient for the physically challenged and older guests who have low mobility.

 

  • Upon check-in guests are required to show photo ID and are required to pay a £10 Cash security deposit (except if your booking provide a valid credit card; see check-in and check-out section) and this is returned to each guest upon check-out subject to damage inspection; we will not be able to check guests in without these items.

    • Acceptable forms of ID include passports, driver’s Licences and EU Identity Cards

    • Unacceptable form of ID includes Industry ID cards, company security cards, travel cards or student ID.

 

 

Age Policy

  • Recommended age of stay at our hostels is 16-60 years.

 

  • Children aged 12 or below must be accompanied by an adult always and booked into private rooms only. Children ages 13 – 16 must be accompanied by adults but can booked into shared dorms.

 

 

Check-in and Check-out

  • Rooms/Dorms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival; however, if arriving earlier you are welcome to drop of luggage in the morning at the hostel.

 

  • Check-out is before 10:00am on the day of departure

  • For all our hostels charge will be made directly against the customer's credit card in case of non-respect of any rules mentioned in "Deposit rules" section, the amount collected will be £10. For customers without valid credit card, the deposit will be collected in cash and will be £10 only and is returned to each guest on check-out.

 

Deposit rules:​

  • You will lose this deposit:

    • If you check-out later than 10:00 AM of your departure day

    • If you lose the Door KeyCard, Linen or Blanket

    • If your behaviour results in you being asked to leave the hostel.

 

  • In case of No-Show, the hostel will cancel the booking after 04:00 am the following day unless the hostel is contacted beforehand. If you arrive a day late without informing the hostel, we will try and find you a bed, but this may not be in the same room type booked and may incur extra charges.

 

 

 

Bookings

  • The first night of your booking will be charged from 11:00am the day before arrival via the credit/debit card you have provided on booking. Please note if your card declines you will be notified via email to provide a new valid card, if no update is received the booking will be cancelled at 11:00 AM on the day of arrival

 

  • Amending your booking:

 

  • Changes requested with 24 hours of the date of check-in will be treated as cancellations (see “Cancellations” below).

 

  • Changes to confirmed reservations (e.g. changes in dates or changes in number of guests or nights) are subject to availability of a suitable alternative and are subject to any additional costs incurred in making the changes to accommodate your request.

 

  • We will inform you of the amount of any additional costs when you request any changes and shall agree such cost with you before any such changes are confirmed.

 

  • For any decrease in the number of nights and/or persons in a confirmed booking, an admin charge equal to 10% of the charge for the number of nights and /or people being reduced will be charged.

 

  • Early checkouts are not eligible for a refund

 

 

The Non-Refundable Rate

  • The total price of the reservations will be charged any time before arrival after booking.

 

  • If Cancelled, Modified or in case of No-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.

 

  • Bookings made under the Non-Refundable rate are not refundable under any circumstances

 

Cancellations

  • All cancellation request must be received in writing in the form of an email.

 

  • We require a full 24 hours’ notice to cancel a booking. The 24 hours are counted backward from the check-in time (13:00 for individual guests and 14:00for groups) on the date of arrival. Not the time of your estimated arrival when making the booking.

 

Fees and Payments

  • A replacement charge of £5.00 will be charge if you lose your security key-card during your stay; please keep it on your person always.

 

  • We accept all Cash payment in Great British Pound (GBP) only.

 

  • We do not accept Maestro or American Express bank cards; we accept all other Credit and Debit cards.

Lost and found Policy

  • Any items found inside the property will be kept during a maximum of 30 days after the check-out date, after that it will be immediately disposed.

  • Your items will be labelled with the room number where we found it and the date, to keep track of it.

 

  • Any bags found inside the property after the check-out time (10am) will be held and the storage will be charged by the amount of 3£/Day per bag. E.g: To get back your luggage left in the room after check-out time, you will have to pay 3£, even if you come back at 5pm the same day.
